Obituary for Joseph "Joe" L. Locke
Joseph “Joe” Lee Locke, 58, of Milltown, Wisconsin passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, December 9th, 2020 after his struggle with heart and kidney failure.

Joe was born June 25th, 1962 in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin to Jerry and Marie Locke. He graduated from Siren High school in 1980.  Joe was a hard worker and had many different jobs, but his passion was moving the dirt. He was a member of Operating Eng. Local 49ers where he drove heavy equipment. Often when traveling with Joe, he could point out job sites he had worked on with a story for each one.

Joe will always be remembered for his great sense of humor and easy going attitude. He enjoyed helping people, cutting wood, working out in the garage, riding his John Deere tractors, and collecting things he found valuable.

He is survived by his sister, Shawna Johnson; daughters, Cassie (Joe) Berg, Sheri (Aaron) Zbleski ; niece, Jenna Johnson; nephew, Brett Johnson; grandchildren, Kynzlee Berg, Keagan Berg, Talon Berg, Zoey Zbleski, and Jaxson Zbleski. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry Locke and Marie Locke (Currey), and brother, Randy Locke.

Joe was loved by all and will be greatly missed. The family looks forward to sharing stories about Joe when a celebration of life is held at a later date due to COVID-19.

You are invited to leave condolences, memories and photos at www.rowefh.com .  Arrangements are entrusted to Rowe Funeral Home, 715-472-2444 and the Northwest Wisconsin Cremation Center in Milltown.
