Obituary for Juliette E. Dahling
Juliette (Julie) Elaine (Biederman) Dahling, age 83, passed away on Friday, April 22, 2022 at home with her family.
Julie was born on November 9, 1938 in Superior, WI to Alvin and Hilda Biederman. She was baptized and confirmed at Immanuel Lutheran Church where she remained a life-long member and was the organist for 63 years.
Julie spent her childhood growing up on the family farm. After graduating from Frederic High School she met and married the love of her life, Richard Dahling. They wed in 1957 and would have been celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary this year. Together they built a home on the homestead where she was born and raised.
Julie spent 33 years working at the InterCounty Leader in Frederic, WI until she retired in 2008.
Julie had a passion for collecting. She was particularly fond of German china, glassware and porcelain dolls.
Julie is preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Hilda, her brothers and her sisters.
She leaves to celebrate her life, her husband, Richard; son, Rick Dahling; daughter, LaReen Ann; grandson, Tom (April) Dahling; granddaughters, Chrissy Dahling, Heather Mae, Ashley (Nate) Shult; great grandson, Gabriel Halverson; great granddaughter, Helaina Halverson.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 29, 2022 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 201 1st Ave. S., Frederic, WI. Visitation at 10:00 a.m. with the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Luncheon to follow service at the church.
